Linda Phillips of Capital Design Studio has been privileged to work on several exciting commercial projects.

Cafe Chicane was a historic 1912 municipal building that the owner converted to a fine dining establishment. Capital Design Studio was responsible for all of the interior design of the 6,800 square foot space. All color selections, material specifications and space planning was managed by our company.

Antoinettes Day Spa and Salon is located in what was formerly a single family residence of the Victorian era. The 1998 renovation had a budget of over one million dollars. Capital Design Studio was responsible for the entire color concept of the spa both interior and exterior as well as all of the interior specifications. We worked closely with the owners and the staff to ensure a quality experience for both the customer and the employee.

Linda Phillips has the ability to listen closely to the client's needs and interpret them in a way that enhances both the environment and the bottom line. All projects are completed on time and on budget.
